The “All Families are Special”

The “All Families are Special” is a lovely show about the family structures that are in our communities. I wonder who lives at your home? So many family structures. So many sizes. Where do we all live? Do we have both parents at home, one single parent, step parents, two mummies or daddies, extended family members at home, a new baby, or a pet? Are you a brother, sister, son or a daughter? Are you a niece or a nephew?

This show talks about the similarities and differences in our homes and our peers homes from rules, to foods, to cultural practices, languages, and family structures. Student involvement through stories and songs are used in this show to communicate the message that shines a light on the one thing all families have in common…and that is that they all have LOVE!

Renata communicates with teachers before this show begins to ensure we include and represent all the varieties of family structures in your classroom. All show scripts are altered to communicate important messages from each show to kindergarten, prep to grade 2, OSCH’s, childcare and family day care groups

Price: $8.80 (including gst) per student, minimum of 50 children. The incursion goes for 50 minutes.
